If you like to go fishing and have frozen Wall-eye, Bluegills, Crappies or another kind of fish in your freezer, thaw the fish out and then bake for 10 minutes in a 400 degre<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"2\" width=\"750\" align=\"center\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"tablestyle5\" valign=\"top\">\n<li>12 ounces canned tuna<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup minced onion<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon ground thyme<\/li>\n<li>2 cups coarse cracker crumbs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup milk<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs beaten<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon olive oilDrain tuna. Save the liquid. Put tuna in a mixing bowl. Add onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme and cracker crumbs. Mix.\n<p>Add tuna liquid plus enough milk to make 1 cup. Add eggs and olive oil. Mix.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon into a loaf pan or casserole dish.
