Once you have added the cup of Rice Krispies and if the cookies still seem a little too moist, add Rice Krispies by the quarter cup until you get the desired consistency. Then roll in coconut.<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"2\" width=\"750\" align=\"center\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"tablestyle5\" valign=\"top\">\n<li> 1 egg beaten<\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li> 1 cup dates (chopped)<\/li>\n<li> 1 cup Rice Krispies<\/li>\n<li> 1 cup chopped walnuts<\/li>\n<li> 1 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li> coconut (to roll the cookies in)<br \/>\nPut the beaten egg, the sugar and the chopped dates into a frying pan and cook for several minutes until the mixture &#8220;leaves the pan&#8221; (i.e. is thick and sticky).<\/p>\n<p>Add: 1 cup Rice Krispies, 1 cup chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla.<\/p>\n<p>Roll into small balls.
